Privacy policy

Who is responsible?

Crema is provided by Krzysztof Guz (Birdtune Studio). For privacy questions, contact krzysztof.guz@me.com. This policy covers the Crema app and this website. Updated: 28 September 2026.

The app

Crema does not require an account. Favourites, language, completed rituals and preparation progress are stored on your device. We do not receive those records. The app contains no advertising, tracking or analytics SDK. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to your device backup settings.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. Crema verifies StoreKit entitlements on the device to unlock recipes; we do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles purchase history and refunds under its own privacy policy. Internet access is needed for purchases and restoration.

This website

The website uses Firebase Hosting, provided by Google, to deliver files securely. The hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details to operate and protect the service. We do not add advertising cookies, analytics or profiling.

Support and retention

When you email us, we receive your email address and the content you send. We use them to answer and resolve your request. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary to handle the matter and any applicable legal obligations or claims. Please send only information needed to explain your issue.

Legal basis and providers

Support relating to a purchase or service is handled to perform the contract; general enquiries and website security are based on our legitimate interests in responding and running a secure service. Apple, Google and our email provider process data under their applicable terms. Their services may involve processing outside your country; see their privacy and transfer information below.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data we hold, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the email above. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including UODO in Poland. We do not make automated decisions about you.

We will update this page when the app, website or handling of information changes. The date above identifies the current version.
